Unopened, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because engraved and personalized items are made to order, we aren't able to accept returns on those — please double-check names, dates, and spelling before submitting your order. Wood is a natural material — no two pieces are exactly alike. Color, grain pattern, and tonal variation are inherent characteristics, particularly with acacia, which can range from light blonde to deep amber within a single board. These differences are not defects. Product photography represents the style and engraving quality you'll receive, not a guarantee of a specific color or grain match. Yes. Vector files are preferred, but we evaluate artwork on a case by case basis — so if you're not sure whether your file will work, reach out and we'll help you through the process. Email us at Cookbookpeople@nlrp.com to get started.

We don't send proofs by default, but if you'd like to see a template preview before we engrave, just note it in your order and we'll send one over for your approval first.

Our recipe book software has been discontinued and is no longer supported or compatible with current operating systems. We're unable to provide licenses, CD-ROMs, or technical support for the software. For all other questions, reach us via the Contact Us page.
