Orders:
1. Do you accept checks?
Yes! Please complete your order selecting 'Check' as your payment method. You will be given an order number with instructions on where to send your check - your order will remain in our system ready to be processed as soon as we receive and clear your payment.
2. Do you have a phone number I can call?
As a small family business we address all customer questions and concerns via email - we are able to respond more thoroughly and more efficiently this way, while keeping prices low. We always respond to email within one business day, often within minutes. Our email address is info@cookbookpeople.com.
Shipping:
1. When will my order ship?
98.7% of our orders are shipped within 1 business day. Orders that include plaques will take up to 3 business days.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
This depends on what shipping method you select, and where you are located! Allow a day for order processing time, and check out our shipping page for details on the different services we offer.
4. Can I get free shipping in Canada/Australia/New Zealand?
Unfortunately we are only able to offer free shipping to customers in the USA (lower 48 states).
Cookbook Software:
1. Can I print more than one cookbook? One for family and one for friends?
Yes. Just check and uncheck the box next to "Print this recipe." This lets you decide which recipe goes in the cookbook you want to print.
2. How do I make a PDF to take the file to a printer?
Click here and go to the bottom of the page.
3. I'm unable to run my disc.
Make sure you have entered the CD key EXACTLY as described. One wrong letter or number and it won't work.
4. Can I print one recipe to a page?
Yes. Go to the Print tab, then next to Recipes click on the Edit button. Select "One recipe per page" from the first drop down menu.
5. Can I move the text around a little to re-position a recipe on a page? When I hit "Enter" at the end of a recipe, it doesn't remember it.
Yes. At the end of the preceding recipe, hit "Enter" several times. Then type in a single period. That will anchor the extra returns.
6. Can I print half page cookbooks?
Yes. There are 5 templates currently that are available in 5.5"x8.5" format. Select a template ending in "Half" from the drop down menu in the Print screen.
7. This software isn't for me. Can I get a refund?
We stand behind our software and want to make you happy. We'd first like to try to help you, but if for whatever reason you aren't satisfied, please contact us about returning the CD and we will issue a refund.
8. Will Matilda work on a Mac?
No. It only runs on a PC (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10)
