Shipping

All orders ship from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado.

Shipping is $7.99 flat rate via FedEx Ground Economy. Orders over $65 ship free.

We work very hard to ship everything within 1 business day. By "business day," we mean that if a product is ordered on Thursday evening it will ship no later than Friday evening. If it's ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will ship on Monday. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

FedEx Ground Economy typically delivers within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. Business addresses receive delivery Monday through Friday. Residential addresses receive delivery Monday through Sunday. Transit times to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will be longer than the standard window.

Expedited shipping options are coming soon for customers who need faster delivery.

We ship internationally. International transit times will vary by destination and are longer than domestic estimates.

Returns & Refunds

You may return new, unopened, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. We'll also cover return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. We must receive the returned item before your refund will be processed.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalized engraved items. Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order — Cookbook People is not responsible for customer data entry or ordering errors.

All goods must be inspected upon receipt.

Items lost or damaged in transit, stolen on arrival, or delayed by shipping providers are outside the control of Cookbook People and are not our responsibility.

To initiate a return, log in to your account, find your order under the Complete Orders link in the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.
