Shipping

We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

Transit Times

Transit times vary depending on your location. Here is an overview of the services we offer:

Within the USA:

Standard FedEx Ground — delivered within 1–5 business days from leaving our warehouse. Expedited FedEx options are also available at checkout.

Outside the USA:

Standard international shipping is available via FedEx. Expedited international options are available at checkout. Delivery windows vary by destination.


Returns and Refunds

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.). We must receive the returned item before a replacement or refund will be processed. Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalized engraved items. CookbookPeople.com assumes no responsibility for customer data entry errors or ordering errors. All goods must be inspected upon receipt.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though in many cases it will arrive sooner. This window includes transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days), processing time once received (3–5 business days), and bank processing time (5–10 business days).

To initiate a return, log in to your account, view the order under the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

Items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, or delayed by shipping carriers, are outside our control and are not the responsibility of CookbookPeople.com.
