Do you accept checks?
Yes. Select “Check” as your payment method at checkout. You'll receive an order number with instructions on where to send your check — your order stays in our system until we receive and clear payment.
Do you have a phone number I can call?

When will my order ship?
98.7% of our orders ship within one business day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you select. Allow one day for order processing, then visit our Shipping & Returns page for a full overview of available services and transit times.
Can I get free shipping to Canada, Australia, or New Zealand?
Free shipping is currently available to customers in the contiguous USA (lower 48 states) only.
Returns & Order Status
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account at cookbookpeople.com and visiting “My Orders.”
Can I return or exchange my order?
Unopened, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because engraved and personalized items are made to order, we aren't able to accept returns on those — please double-check names, dates, and spelling before submitting your order.
