    This is a great way to organize recipes. It it very nice, has good divider pages so you can organize your recipes.

    The ordering process and shipping were both easy and quite timely. The original 3-ring recipe collection cookbook I received was defective. I emailed the company. I received a reply in less than 10 minutes with a replacement shipped that same day. Who could ask for more?? The product itself was exactly what was described on the website and precisely what I was looking for.

    Just to let you know, I purchased 2 of your binders, 1 for myself and 1 for a gift. I got mine all organized and then the metal part came off on one end. I was so disappointed! I didn't have the receipt or order number or anything, but wanted to let you know what had happened. I filled out the contact form and Pam replied right away. I have never had a better experience with a company or their reps!! We emailed back and forth while she tried to locate my order. We did figure out which binder it was and she emailed today to say a replacement is being sent. I can't say enough nice things about Pam. She was so very helpful and never gave up in her quest! Thank you so much. I will definitely be coming to your site again.....

  4. magnetic pages offer the most flexibility

    I like this binder- I can put various shaped recipes cut out of a newspaper or magazine in the magnetic pages, can 3 hole punch printed off recipes, or add basic full page plastic sheet covers. I have two of this type and have just ordered a third in the Chocolate Pear pattern because I have filled two binders!

    I ordered 5 books because each made a complete cookbook when printed. They were exactly as depicted. All 5 books were packaged together and the box was severly damaged on receipt. Corners of 2 books were damaged, but I didn't have time to wait for replacements. Damage could have been caused by USPS, but better packing would prevent this. Would probably choose a different method of shipping if available in the future.
