If you have questions or a customer service issue, the fastest way to reach us is to email us via ourContact Us form. We respond to inquiries within one business day.

Support: For technical support, or to just participate in our community, go to our bulletin board. We closely monitor this board Monday - Friday during business hours, and you'll often get support from us or members of our great community over the weekend and after hours. You will get an answer to your question within one business day. Please don't be shy!

If you are shy about posting on boards, you can email us at info@cookbookpeople.com. Some tech support questions we may need a few days on, but generally we reply to those in one business day as well.

Quick FAQ

1. Can I print more than one cookbook? One for family and one for friends? 
Yes. Just check and uncheck the box next to "Print this recipe." This lets you decide which recipe goes in the cookbook you want to print.

2. How do I make a PDF to take the file to a printer? 
Click here and go to the bottom of the page.

3. I'm unable to run my disc. 
Make sure you have entered the CD key EXACTLY as described. One wrong letter or number and it won't work.

4. Can I print one recipe to a page?
Yes. Go to the Print tab, then next to Recipes click on the Edit button. Select "One recipe per page" from the first drop down menu.

5. Can I move the text around a little to re-position a recipe on a page? When I hit "Enter" at the end of a recipe, it doesn't remember it. 
Yes. At the end of the preceding recipe, hit "Enter" several times. Then type in a single period. That will anchor the extra returns.

6. Can I print half page cookbooks? 
Yes. There are 5 templates currently that are available in 5.5"x8.5" format. Select a template ending in "Half" from the drop down menu in the Print screen. .

7. This software isn't for me. Can I get a refund? 
We stand behind our software and want to make you happy. We'd first like to try to help you, but if for whatever reason you aren't satisfied, please contact us about returning the CD and we will issue a refund. Please go to our bulletin board support section for tech support.
