I am Elizabeth's granddaughter, Carrie J. Gamble, the publisher, editor, calligrapher and watercolor artist of Grandmother's Cookbook. Elizabeth was such a wonderful person. I am so proud to have the opportunity to share her life and recipes with you! With over 12,000 copies sold, our cookbook was originally published in 1990. Six printings later, the final revised edition was released in 2008 including Country Home magazine's feature article, “A Family Love Letter.”
